In Bihar, 2 brave female constables were caught on cam foiling an armed robbery attempt at a bank in Vaishali district. The brave constables, identified as Juhi Kumari and Shanti Kumari were posted as guards at Gramin Bank in Sendhuari block earlier this week on Wednesday, when they came face to face with an armed robbery attempt. Without wasting time, the two female constables confronted the guards, and managed to thwart the attempt.
In the video gone viral, the two women can be seen sitting at the channel gate of the bank as three men enter. The women appear to have a brief conversation with them and suddenly all hell breaks loose when the miscreants lunged at the women constables.
Without flinching or panicking, the two women tried to fight back the attacking miscreants, and defended themselves from all the pushing and shoving. Somehow, the constables were able to kick the accused out of the bank, and lock the channel gate from the inside, hence saving the day.
Recalling the incident, Shanti Kumar was quoted in a NDTV report saying, “They tried to snatch our rifles, but we decided no matter what happens, we won’t let them rob the bank or take our weapon. Juhi cocked her gun at them and was about to shoot when they ran away.”
