Officials have clarified confusion among teachers in the School Education Department about when they need to return to their respective schools after the winter vacations.
According to the official, only teachers of Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools are required to report back to their schools on February 20th, as per the instructions.
There is no mention of primary school teachers needing to report back on this date, but they may be required to return to their institutions a few days earlier for streamlining purposes.
The School Education Department previously stated that High and Higher Secondary School teachers need to report back to prepare for upcoming exams, and all teachers must be available for online guidance during the vacation period.
Any breach of the schedule may result in strict disciplinary action.
