In the 3rd Ind vs Aus ODI, skipper Rohit Sharma was caught fuming on Kuldeep Yadav over his poor DRS decision at a crucial point in the game. The Indian skipper, who is known to keep his temper in check for the most part, was seen on the screen shouting at the skipper in an animated way. Meanwhile, spinner Kuldeep Yadav was seen absorbing it all in, and was seen taking his fielding position, once the decision came against him.
It so happened that during the 39th over’s final ball, Kuldeep Yadav trapped Ashton Agar and appealed for a leg before wicket (LBW). The umpire remained unfazed at the enthusiastic appeal and Kuldeep was seen discussing with his teammates about whether to take the decision review system (DRS).
Although Rohit ended up taking the DRS with a cheeky smile on his face, when the on-field umpire’s decision was stayed, it was Kuldeep Yadav who saw a completely different version of his captain. Rohit Sharma went all out on Yadav, lashing out at him on the blunder. Kuldeep Yadav simply turned his back on his captain and took his fielding position.
Meanwhile, in the first inning Australia put up a fighting total of 269/10, with Hardik Pandya and Kuldeep Yadav taking 3 wickets each.
