In a much-discussed scandalous case in which Bollywood star Sooraj Pancholi is an accused party, a Special CBI Court will render its decision here later on Friday, nearly ten years after actress-model Jiah Khan was discovered hanging in a Mumbai flat.
Jiah, a 25-year-old American, was discovered hanged at her unit in the exclusive Juhu neighborhood's Sagar Sangeet Building after midnight on June 3, 2013.
According to reports, Jiah is dating Sooraj, the son of renowned actor-couple Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab.
She allegedly left a note that raised suspicions about Sooraj, who was at the time seeking to get into the Bollywood industry.
